Roads and Sewers: A Primary Performance/Planning PROBLEM

After still more years of discussion and indecision, Teaneck’s Council has still not selected a path forward on a management plan to resurface and maintain its roads. A much delayed Manager’s September 2016 Power Point on the issue can be found at click here.

Should the Township be committing the current $2M or $4M or $6M a year?  There is at least some information on the consequences of that choice in this 2016 presentation. AND it does appear that the incredible delay and stutter-step process to address Downing Street has finally yielded some relief (although strange issues continue to crop up about the sewer system connections).
