On November 30, 2007, then Township Manager Helene Fall told officials at the state offices of Green Acres that she was transmitting the 2007 OSRP document – drafted by Barbara Davis and by the Teaneck Environmental Commission – which had on November 8, 2007 been approved by the Planning Board as an element of the 2007 Master Plan. The document found below verifies both Fall’s communication with the state and includes the minutes for that November 8, 2007 meeting and verifies the PB’s approval of the Davis OSRP plan.
