Where is the Manager’s 2020 Municipal Budget Book – HERE!!!

As he was required to do, the Teaneck Manager prepared a Manager’s Budget Book at about the same time as the Teaneck Chief Financial Officer produced  the Township’s Annual Financial Statement and sent it to the State. (It was due March 2nd; it was sent to the State on March 18 and made available on the Township website (CLICK HERE)

For reasons never explained to us at Teaneck Transparency, the Clerk responded to a request that the Manager’s Board Book be placed on the website by sending resident Powers a copy. Repeated promises for that very important Manager’s Board Book document to be placed on the website have not succeeded. Indeed that Board Book – when combined with the required Municipal User Friendly Budget – have never yet appeared on the website.

Teaneck Transparency has, however, placed that document – which does explain how the Manager and CFO have calculated the proposed budget proposed for introduction tonight
