2/6/2020 Board of Adjustment AUCC Hearing Video:
On Thursday, 2-6-2020.  Teaneck’s Board of Adjustment held a 3rd hearing to consider an application by the AUCC to approve a place of worship, day-care center & community recreation center at the site of the old Longfellow School between Oakdene & Hillside Aves.

The applicant had just (1/28/20) submitted a revised engineering plan. This video primarily records its Engineer’s testimony on that revision and its architect’s 1st testimony about internal building uses. Because the attorney representing approximately 30 neighbors who object to the plan had recently been injured in an accident, an agreement preceded the session to delay her cross-examination of AUCC’s initial  witnesses – but this video does include limited cross by several town experts & unrepresented members of the public in attendance.
This video runs for approximately 1 hour and 50 minutes

This post will provide access to the session’s transcript when it is available.
